I initially installed Windows Server R2 Standard Evaluation from Microsoft’s website because I didn’t have the funds at the time to buy the license.

When The trial period ended though, I went to Amazon and bought a copy. But, when I put that key in to activate I get an error “that key cannot be used to activate this version of windows”.
