Please help me understand, if I am currently using Captivate 9, is the upgrade available without any cost. My organization has Adobe Captivate 9 installed on my machine v. I would like to request an upgrade to Captivate How much would that cost for one machine?

To upgrade your subscription, follow the steps below: Uninstall the existing version of Captivate that you have on your computer. Now choose the version of Captivate you wish to uninstall and click Uninstall.

Download Adobe Captivate from the list of links in the document, Captivate downloads. Once the files are completely downloaded, double-click to start the extraction and follow the on-screen prompts to install the product.
