Updating my PCs and portables to win 10 and installing to a couple of them office I encountered the same installation problem. Finally by repeating the installation process I succeeded installing one language pack to one PC and a portable.

The third PC insists in producing the known error. One MS site suggests to download and install a payable software but their is no warranty that the problem will be fixed and in the mean time the money will fly from mine to someone else’s pocket. Besides I do not understand why I have to pay for installing an additional language pack.

I conclude that MS is as efficient as its products and at the same time a huge monopole. I also have a other version that tells me there is 32 bit and 64 bit issue’s. The dutch transelation is very bad so I don’t know for sure what way the error means it, but I guess it means I have 64 bit office and the language pack is 32bit.. Anyway, I found a way to get a 64bit version by manually changing to MS url of the language pack download to from x86 to x But with the new x64 bit download I now get this problem described here.
