After the July 9, Windows patch update my keyboard and mouse are unresponsive. The USB ports still have power but no input is detected by the computer. The pc is stuck at the Windows welcome screen. I’ve tried different ports and a different keyboard and mouse and still no response from the pc. They both were working fine before the update. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. Just to say that it works as well as the Microsoft keyboard that it replaced.

The mouse is a little less impressive than the Microsoft one it replaced. In fact, my first impression was that it was quite cheap. On the positive side it fits nicely in the hand. My recommendation is that they upgrade the quality of the mouse. I’ve had this keyboard for about 18 months. Now I have the dreaded stuck key issue. I’ll be moving to a Logitech. The keyboard and mouse are fine. I’ve been using it daily for 18 months. No issues. I switch KVM between two machines and this works flawlessly.

My only complaint would be that the escape key is in line with the function keys, so I continually hit F1 instead of F2. Pretty minor, I’d say. Nice quality combo, I had to add some grip to the mouse to help hold it due to all plastic design and being that it is quite small for larger hands. Once I added some grip to the mouse it is fine. Happy with purchase. Mouse is ok for day to day use. Keyboard has alot of functionality, but keystroke is spongy and sometimes keyboard doesn’t respond when you press on keys.
