The Hibernate function is not working, when i click hibernate it blacks out the screen and turn back on again. My Laptop is at OS Build This thread is locked.

I am not sure but It looks like its looking for the old efi partition and unable to find it. How do I make changes to make the new efi partition be compatible with the system.
