You can contact your email provider if you’re not sure how that works, because the process for generating it is different for every provider—here are app password instructions for Gmail. Resolve Outlook Password Prompt Issue
I have an issue with one of the User’s MS Outlook I successfully set up his account and configured it within Outlook. What’s started today is when Outlook opens up the User get an email login prompt. The password are the same to login to the account as for email, but Outlook won’t accept the password. Sometimes it works and sometime, no matter what User or I do, the outlook won’t take the password.
