Just got a new machine preloaded with Microsoft starter, when open windows I get the message Microsoft Word Starter cannot microsoft office word starter 2010 cannot be opened free download opened. Excel works fine. Treied to repair program through control panel but can’t find anything related to this problem.

Ron of Canada. Office Starter is an OEM product. Legally the computer manufacturer supports that product. Call them. How satisfied are you with this reply?
