If domain joined, I believe that you can just disjoin and rejoin the cloned to computers to the domain or even just change the computer’s name to automatically cause it to generate a new SID. But for future imaging, you need to understand how sysprep works and always sysprep any image you want to capture prior to pushing it out to other computers.
